The holiday arrangements are as follows:

We understand that solar projects operate on tight timelines. To minimize any impact on your supply chain, we have made the following arrangements:

• Dedicated Sales Support: Regarding business consultation, our sales team will remain accessible by email, WhatsApp, WeChat and phone throughout the holiday.
  
• Technical Support: Our technical team remains on standby during the holiday to provide online assistance for any urgent project needs, ensuring the continued safety and efficiency of your on-site work.
  
• Order & Logistics Management: All orders placed before the holiday are being prioritized for production. For new orders placed during the break period, we will coordinate with you to finalize the production schedule as soon as consensus is reached.
  

Planning Ahead for 2026

Early spring is a peak season for global PV installations. We encourage you to making your Q1 and Q2 procurement plans as early as possible. This helps us lock in your production slot and manage lead times effectively against the post-holiday shipping surge.
