This Adjustable Leg roof mounting system can detach from the rail support and directly connect to the solar panels, which saves more materials, reduces the burden on the roof, and is more aesthetically pleasing. What's more, the installation turns out to be much easier so that it is a good option in terms of saving labor and time cost.
The main parts are Adjustable Front Leg, Adjustable Rear Leg.With main parts made of surface anodized aluminum AL6005/T5, the system can stand firm and keep a long life service.
Install Steps
①If trapezoid metal roof, install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the rooftop in the correct position as planned, drilling the screw into the roof beam below.
②If non trapezoidal metal rooftop, install the Clip Lock on the rooftop first then install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the Clip Lock.
③If flat concrete rooftop, install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the rooftop directly with the expansion bolt, or install them on the cement block through embedded bolt.

Adjust the length of the adjustable rear leg according to the required optimal tilt angle, lock the bolt to fix the length.
3.NO NEED FOR RAILS
Install the Rail on the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg , lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level.
3.NOR THE PANEL CLAMPS
Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly. directly to the adjustable legs.
