Production Introduction

The L-Foot Solar Mounting Structure for metal roof solar system is widely applicable for residence, warehouse, factory, or other industrial building where cover with metal roof. Being simple, the structure is easy to install, saving much time and labor cost. 

The main parts are L Feet, Rails, Rail Connectors, Mid Clamps and End Clamps.  With main parts made of surface anodized aluminum AL6005/T5, the system can stand firm and keep a long life service, supporting the PV modules converting sunlight into electricity.

Install Steps

1.

1.Drill a hole in the correct position as planned then install the EPDM rubber pad and L Feet, and lock the screw into the roof beam below.

2.Install the rail on the L feet,lock the bolt tightly and make sure all the rails are on the same level. The height can be adjustable and fixed with the striated grooves on L feet.

3.

3.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
