The ZIYUAN adjustable balcony solar mount 02 allows solar panels to be easily and securely hung on balcony rails. Featuring an adjustable L-profile design and micro-inverter compatibility, it is a smart, simple, and highly efficient PV mounting solution for residential projects.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Installation of L Profile-A
Step 1.1: Vertical Installation
Install the L Profile-A vertically onto the mounting holes on the back of the solar panel. Ensure the two L Profile-A brackets are perfectly level, then lock the M8*20 bolts.
Step 1.2: Connect Second Profile
Install another L Profile-A using the knob bolt M8*25. There is no need to lock the bolt too tightly at this stage.
Step 2: Installation of L Profile-B
Step 2.1: Setting Tilt Angle
Install L Profile-B onto L Profile-A using the knob bolt M8*25. Select the suitable holes according to your required tilt angle.
Step 2.2: Lock Bolts
Securely lock all M8*25 knob bolts in place.
Step 3: Installation of Micro Inverter
Use the M8*25 Hex Bolt set to securely fix the Micro Inverter onto the back of L Profile-A.
Step 4: Installation of Balcony Hook
Use M8-20 bolts to fix the balcony hook onto the top of the triangle rack structure.
Step 5: Installation of Square Base
Use M8-25 bolts to firmly fix the square base onto the bottom of the triangle rack.
Step 6: Install the Complete Kit on the Balcony
Carefully hang the structure, use the M8-110 bolt set to secure the balcony hooks onto the upper balcony rail, and securely fix the square base to the bottom railing using the robust steel strapping tape.
