Installation Guide
1 Installation of Cement Blocks
1.1 Mark the position of 4 mounting holes as per dimensions. Drill holes (φ14mm, depth 75mm) to fit the Base of the Mounting Structure.
1.2 Position the Cement Blocks according to the distance marked in the design drawings.
2 Installation of Beam and Column
2.1 Lock the Base on the Cement Blocks using M10*100 Expansion Bolts.
2.2 Unfold the Beam & Bracing. Lock the Beam on the Column and the Bracing on the Base with M8*60 bolts.
2.3 As per exact requirement of tilt angle, adjust the Bracing and choose correct hole to lock the M8*50 bolt to get the certain tilt angle.
3 Installation of Rail
3.1 Insert the Rail Connector into two Rails and lock the bolt tightly to extend the mounting structure.
3.2 Install the Rail onto the Beam with Rail Clamps and fasten all bolts tightly.
4 Solar Panel & Grounding Installation
4.1 Fix the Solar Panels on the Rail using End Clamps and Mid Clamps (with Earthing Plates).
4.2 Install a Grounding Lug on the end of each Rail to complete the safety grounding.
