This kit eliminates the need for long rails. The core components include the Adjustable Rear Legs, Front Legs, EPDM Rubber Pads, and ST6.3 Drilling Screws.
Installation Guide
Step 1: Installation of Adjustable Leg
Make pre-drilling holes on the metal roof. Apply a layer of waterproof glue at the pre-drilling position. Then install the Adjustable Legs (including the front leg and rear leg) onto the roof using ST6.3*80 screws. After tightening, apply another layer of waterproof glue securely around the screws to ensure zero leakage.
Step 2: Installation of Solar Panels
Step 2.1: Panel Mounting
Install the solar panel directly onto the Adjustable Legs. Align the holes of the solar panel with the bracket and securely fasten using the M8*25 bolts.
Step 2.2: Tilt Angle Adjustment
Adjust the telescopic length of the rear leg to achieve your required tilt angle for maximum sun exposure, then lock and fasten all M8*55 bolts tightly.
