Aluminum Ground Mounting System
The ZIYUAN aluminum ground mounting system can be applied to medium and large-scale solar PV projects. The foundation is Ground Screw or Cement Blocks as per actual site conditions.
The main parts include the Ground Screw, Pre-assembled Beam, Back Bracing, Rail, Rail Clamp, Rail Connector, Mid Clamp, and End Clamp.
According to the different shapes of Pre-assembled Beam, the Ground Aluminum mounting system can be divided into A type, N type, VI type and W type.

Installation Steps:
1. Foundation Preparation:
① If Ground Screw as foundation, piling the Ground Screw in the correct position as planned.
② If Cement Blocks as foundation, make the Cement Blocks in advance, there should be embedded bolts in the Cement Blocks.
2. Install the Pre-assembled Beam on the flange plate of Ground Screw or the embedded bolt of Cement Blocks, ensure all Beams are in same level.
3. Install the Back Bracing between the Rear Columns of Pre-assembled Beam, lock the bolt tightly.
4. Install the Rail on the Beam with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and ensure all Rails are in same level.
5. Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
