Balcony Solar Mounting System

Step 1: Installation of L Connector 02 (L40)

Install the L Connector 02 (L40) vertically onto the mounting holes on the back of the solar panel, and securely lock the bolts (M8-20).

Step 2: Installation of Balcony Hook

Select the proper Balcony Hook according to your balcony rail shape (Round or Square). The following steps take Balcony Hook 01 as an example.

Step 2.1: Hook Bracket Assembly

Install the L Connector 01 (L60) onto the Balcony Hook, and lock the bolts (M8-25).

Step 2.2: Hook & Panel Connection

Lock the assembled L Connector 01 (L60) onto the upper two L Connectors 02 (L40) as shown below. There is no need to lock the bolt too tightly at this stage.

Step 3: Installation of Adjustable Bracing

Install the Adjustable Bracing onto the bottom two L Connectors 02 (L40) as shown below. Again, there is no need to lock the bolt too tightly right now.

Step 4: Installation of Square Base

Connect the Square Base to the Adjustable Bracing using the T-bolt M8-25 and lock it tightly.

Step 5: Install the Complete Kit on the Balcony

Step 5.1: Hang the Kit

Hang the complete kit on the balcony rail, and securely lock the bolt M8-110.

Step 5.2: Adjust Tilt Angle

As per the tilt angle required for maximum sun exposure, adjust the length of the Adjustable Bracing, then lock the bolt M8-25 tightly.

Step 5.3: Base Fixation

Fix the Square Base securely onto the balcony columns using T-bolt M8-60, and lock tightly.

Step 5.4: Completion

Perform a final check and lock all bolts tightly. The installation is now complete.
