Designed with a Contoured Jaw Interface, the RF04 mirrors the round or T-shaped profile of the seam. Rather than relying solely on friction, the clamp mechanically locks under the widest part of the bulb or T-cap. This positive locking mechanism prevents the clamp from slipping off vertically, even under extreme uplift forces.
The two-piece aluminum body is tightened via a connecting bolt, drawing the jaws tight around the seam. This ensures the clamp maintains its grip during thermal cycling without deformation, making it the ideal attachment for premium standing seam systems.
