Main Installation Steps
Step 1: Pre-Assembled Bracket Installation
Prepare the concrete foundations in advance in accordance with the approved structural drawings, ensuring that the required anchor bolts are embedded correctly. Connect the Steel Columns and Steel Beams, then install the pre-assembled cantilever brackets onto the anchor bolts. Align all cantilever beams to the required elevation and design position before final tightening.
Step 2: Solar Rail Installation
Install the Aluminum Solar Rails onto the Steel Beams using Rail Clamps. Check the alignment and level of all rails, then tighten the fasteners in accordance with the specified torque requirements.
Step 3: Solar Module Installation
Install the solar modules onto the Rails using Solar End Clamps and Mid Clamps. Tighten all fasteners according to the approved installation instructions and specified torque requirements. For projects requiring integrated drainage or weather-protection components, install the relevant guide gutters and sealing accessories in accordance with the approved project drawings.
