This system is designed with high-quality elements and minimal accessory types. The core kit includes the Column Bases, AR41 Aluminum Rails, AR41 Rail Connectors, End Clamps, Mid Clamps, Earthing Plates, and Grounding Lugs.
Installation Guide
Step 1: Installation of Column Base
Install the Column Base on the roof sheet by drilling the base with ST6.3*25 self-tapping screws (each base requires 2 screws). The distance between the columns should match the design drawing.
Waterproofing Crucial Note: To ensure maximum waterproof performance, apply waterproof glue on the roof sheet under the base before installation. After drilling, applying waterproof glue over the screws is required. Sealing the entire edge of the base with glue is also highly recommended.
Step 2: Installation of AR41 Rail
First, insert the AR41 Rail Connector into two rails to extend the length, and lock the bolts tightly. Then, install the extended Rail onto the Column Bases. Ensure the rail is perfectly parallel to the roof surface before tightening the bolts.
Step 3: Installation of Solar Panels
Place the Solar Panels securely on the AR41 Rails. Use the Aluminum End Clamps and Mid Clamps (integrated with Earthing Plates) to fix and fasten the panels tightly in place.
Step 4: Installation of Grounding Lug
Install a Grounding Lug on the exposed end of each AR41 Rail to ensure proper electrical grounding of the entire system.
