Installation Guide
1 Installation of Cement Blocks
1.1 Make the Cement Blocks as per below size. The embedded reinforcement M12-300 shall be exposed for 30mm and the distance between two is 124mm.
1.2 Position the Cement Blocks according to the distance marked in design drawings.
2 Installation of Beam and Column
2.1 Fix the H Connector according to below dimensions, fasten the M8-20 bolt tightly.
2.2 Connect the Support Beam (square pipe) L205, L1400 & L935 with H Connector using M10-80 bolt, connect these Support Beam with Base using M10-90. There is no need to fasten the M10-80 and M10-90 bolt too tightly for now.
2.3 Install the Beam & Column on the Cement Block, using the embedded reinforcement to fasten well.
2.4 Adjust and ensure that all Beams are in same level then fasten all bolts tightly.
3 Installation of Back Bracing
Connect the Back Bracing with the Support Beam L935 using M8*110 bolt, fasten the bolts tightly.
4 Installation of Rail
4.1 Rail connection: Firstly, insert the Rail Connector into one Rail, and drill ST6.3*19 screws (2 per side). Then, insert the connector into another Rail and fasten with screws. If necessary, drill two more screws into the bottom.
4.2 As the dimensions marked on the design drawings, install the Rail on the Beam with Rail Clamp, fasten the bolt tightly.
5 Installation of Solar Panels
Install the Solar Panels on the Rails, use the End Clamp and Mid Clamp to fix and fasten the bolt tightly.
