Installation Guide
1 Installation of Cement Blocks
1.1 Prepare the Cement Blocks as per the specified dimensions. Ensure the distance between internal anchors is 120mm.
1.2 Position the Cement Blocks on the flat roof according to the layout marked in the design drawings.
2 Installation of Beam and Column
2.1 Secure the Base to the cement blocks using M10 expansion bolts. Ensure each base is correctly aligned.
2.2 Unfold the Beam and Column, then secure the Column to the Base with M8*55 bolts. Do not tighten fully for initial alignment.
2.3 Adjust to ensure all Beams are perfectly level across the array, then tighten all bolts securely.
3 Installation of Back Bracing
Connect the Back Bracing to the rear Column using M8*50 bolts to provide maximum structural stability.
4 Installation of Rail
4.1 Join two Rails using the Rail Connector and lock the bolts tightly to extend the system tracks.
4.2 Secure the Rails to the support Beams using professional Rail Clamps and tighten all fasteners.
5 Installation of Solar Panels & Grounding
5.1 Install panels onto the rails using End Clamps and Mid Clamps (with earthing plates) and lock tightly.
5.2 Install a Grounding Lug on the end of each Rail to complete the electrical safety grounding.
