The ZIYUAN tile roof mounting kit allows solar panels to be seamlessly installed on tile roofs. It is a smart, non-intrusive, and highly efficient PV mounting solution tailored perfectly for residential and commercial projects.
The main material of this mounting structure is high-grade aluminum alloy AL6005-T5 and stainless steel SUS304. These premium materials provide the product with outstanding corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor stability.

This versatile kit includes all the core components needed for a secure tile roof installation, such as the Tile Roof Hooks, Aluminum Rails, Rail Connectors, Earthing Plates, and Panel Clamps.
Installation Guide
Step 1: Installation of Tile Roof Hook
1.1 Lift the necessary tiles and install the Stainless Steel Tile Roof Hook directly onto the roof purlin using ST6.3*80 screws. Ensure all Tile Roof Hooks are perfectly leveled, then safely cover the tiles back over the hook base.
Step 2: Installation of Rail
2.1 Rail connection: If the rail length is insufficient, insert the Rail Connector into two adjoining rails and securely fix them with M8*10 bolts.
2.2 Fix Rail on Hook: Install the aluminum Rail onto the exposed Tile Roof Hook using the M8*25 bolt set, and fasten the bolts tightly to secure the framework.
Step 3: Installation of Solar Panels
Position the Solar Panels onto the Rail. Use the End Clamps and Mid Clamps (equipped with Earthing Plates) to secure the PV modules. Fasten the T-bolts tightly within the rail groove.
Step 4: Installation of Grounding Lug
Install a Grounding Lug securely onto the end of each aluminum rail to ensure reliable conduction and complete system electrical grounding.
