Ballasted Triangle Rack mounting system is designed to avoid damaging the rooftop. This mounting system is generally installed on the roof, but it can also be installed on the ground. The main parts are Fixed Triangle Rack, Ballasted Tray, Rail, Rail Connector, Rail Clamp, Ballasted Tray, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Unfold the pre-assembled Fixed Triangle Rack, lock the bolt tightly;
2.Put the Fixed Triangle Rack on the flat concrete rooftop, cover the Ballasted Tray and use the concrete blocks to hold down.
3. Install the Rail on the Fixed Triangle Rack with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level.
4.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
