East-West Tilt Ground Mounting System
The East-West Tilt Ground Mounting System is specially designed for sloped ground with an east-west gradient. The system uses special Swing Fittings to adjust the tilt angle of the Rails on the Beam, providing greater flexibility during installation. This design is suitable for sites with significant ground inclination or uneven terrain that is difficult to level.
The main components include Ground Screws, Pre-assembled Beams, Back Bracing, Swing Fittings, Rails, Rail Connectors, Mid Clamps and End Clamps. The pre-assembled components help simplify field installation and support efficient deployment for utility-scale, commercial and industrial, solar farm and Agrivoltaic PV projects.
Installation Steps
- Install or drive the Ground Screws into the specified positions according to the installation plan.
- Install the Pre-assembled Beams onto the flange plates of the Ground Screws. Check that all Beams are aligned and level.
- Install the Swing Fittings on the Beams and tighten the bolts securely.
- Install the Rails onto the Swing Fittings. Check that all Rails are properly aligned and level.
- Install the solar panels on the Rails using the End Clamps and Mid Clamps. Tighten all bolts securely.
