Fixed Triangle Rack mounting system is designed to meet the requirement of fixed tilt angle of the bracket. This mounting system can be installed on both metal roof and flat concrete rooftop. The main parts are Fixed Triangle Rack, Rail, Rail Connector, Rail Clamp, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Unfold the pre-assembled Fixed Triangle Rack, lock the bolt tightly;
①If it is trapezoid metal roof, install the Fixed Triangle Rack on the rooftop in the correct position as planned, drilling the screw into the roof beam below.
②If it is non trapezoidal metal rooftop, install the Clip Lock on the rooftop first then install the Fixed Triangle Rack on the Clip Lock.
③If it is flat concrete rooftop, install the Fixed Triangle Rack on the rooftop directly with the expansion bolt, or install them on the cement block through embedded bolt.
2. Install the Rail on the Fixed Triangle Rack with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level.
3.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
