Ground Screw Foundation mounting system can be applied to medium and large scale solar PV projects. It is designed strictly according to clients’ requirements and the necessary conditions such as the optimal angle, minimum ground clearance, max wind speed, snow load and so on. The installation is easy and can save much time and labor cost. The main parts are Ground Screw, Pre-assembled Beam, Back Bracing, Rail, Rail Clamp, Rail Connector, Mid Clamp and End Clamp. According to the different shapes of Pre-assembled Beam, this kind of mounting system can be divided into A type, N type, VI type and W type.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Piling the Ground Screw in the correct position as planned.
2.Install the Pre-assembled Beam on the flange plate of Ground Screw, ensure all Beams are in same level.
3.Install the Back Bracing between the Rear Columns of Pre-assembled Beam, lock the bolt tightly.
4.Install the Rail on the Beam with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and ensure all Rails are in same level.
5.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
