Installation Steps:

1. Unfold the pre-assembled Adjustable Triangle Rack, adjust the length of the side column according to the required optimal tilt angle, then lock the bolt tightly;

① If it is trapezoid metal roof, install the Adjustable Triangle Rack on the rooftop in the correct position as planned, drilling the screw into the roof beam below.

② If it is non trapezoidal metal rooftop, install the Clip Lock on the rooftop first then install the Adjustable Triangle Rack on the Clip Lock.

③ If it is flat concrete rooftop, install the Adjustable Triangle Rack on the rooftop directly with the expansion bolt, or install them on the cement block through embedded bolt.

2. Install the Rail on the Adjustable Triangle Rack with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level.

3. Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.

1 Installation of Adjustable Triangle Rack

1.1 Unfold the folded Adjustable Triangle Rack and assemble with M8*25 bolt. There is no need to lock the bolt too tightly now.

1.2 Install the Adjustable Triangle Rack on the cement roof or cement blocks (can use expansion bolt or embedded bolt of cement block) . Make sure that the holes are in same level.

1.3 Adjust the length of adjustable pole as per actual need. Make sure the height of all Adjustable Triangle Rack are same. Lock all bolt tightly.

2 Installation of Rail

2.1 Rail connection (when Rail length is not enough)

Insert the Rail Connector into two Rail, use M8*10 bolt to fix well

2.2 Install the Rail on the Adjustable Triangle Rack with Rail Clamp, fasten the bolt tightly.

3 Installation of Solar Panels

Install the Solar Panels on the Rail, use the End Clamp and Mid Clamp (with Earthing Plate) to fix and fasten the bolt tightly.

4 Installation of Grounding Lug

Install a Grounding Lug on the end of each Rail.
