Installation Steps:

1.Drill a hole in the correct position as planned then install the EPDM rubber pad and L Feet, and lock the screw into the roof beam below.

2.Install the Rail on the L Feet, lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level.

3.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.

1 Installation of L Connector 02 (L40)

Install the L Connector 02 (L40) vertically on the mounting holes on the back of the solar panel, and lock the bolts (M8-20).

2 Installation of Balcony Hook

Select the proper Balcony Hook according to the balcony rail. Below steps take Balcony Hook 01 as an example.

2.1 Install the L Connector 01(L60) on the Balcony Hook, and lock the bolts (M8-25).

2.2 Lock the L Connector 01(L60) on the upper two L Connector 02(L40) as below. There is no need to lock the bolt too tightly now.

3 Installation of Adjustable Bracing

Install the Adjustable Bracing on the on the bottom two L Connector 02(L40) as below. There is no need to lock the bolt too tightly now.

4 Installation of Square Base

Connect the Square Base and Adjustable Bracing with T bolt M8-25 and lock tightly.

5 Install the complete kit on the balcony

5.1 Hang the complete kit on the balcony rail, and lock the bolt M8-110 tightly.

5.2 As per the tilt angle required, adjust the length of Adjustable Bracing then lock the bolt M8-25 tightly.

5.3 Fix the Square Base on the balcony columns with T bolt M8-60, and lock tightly.

5.4 Lock all bolts tightly.The installation is now complete
