Installation Guide

1 Installation of Cement Blocks

1.1 Make the Cement Blocks. Mark the position of 4 mounting holes as per below dimension (to fit with the Base of Mounting Structure). Then drill the holes (each one is φ14mm and depth 75mm) on the marked position.

1.2 Position the Cement Blocks according to the distance marked in design drawings.

2 Installation of Beam and Column

2.1 Install the Base & Column by locking the Base on the Cement Blocks with M10*100 Expansion Bolt.

2.2 Unfold the Beam & Bracing, lock the Beam on the Column with M8*60 bolt and lock the bracing on the Base with M8*60 bolt.

2.3 As per exact requirement of tilt angle, adjust the Bracing and choose correct hole to lock the M8*50 bolt to get the certain tilt angle.

4 Installation of Rail

4.1 Rail connection

Insert the Rail Connector into two Rail, lock the bolt tightly.

4.2 Install the Rail on the Beam with Rail Clamp, fasten the bolt tightly.

5 Installation of Solar Panels

Install the Solar Panels on the Rail, use the End Clamp and Mid Clamp (with Earthing Plate) to fix and fasten the bolt tightly.

6 Installation of Grounding Lug

Install a Grounding Lug on the end of each Rail.

Installation Guide

1 Installation of Cement Blocks

1.1 Make the Cement Blocks. Mark the position of 4 mounting holes as per below dimension (to fit with the Base of Mounting Structure). Then drill the holes (each one is φ14mm and depth 75mm) on the marked position.

4 Installation of Rail
