3.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.

1 Installation of Hanger Bolt

1.1 Pre drilling is necessary before installing the Hanger Bolt

Mark suitable position of pre drilling holes, then drill holes (sizeφ6.5).

The position of holes must be on the main purlins under the roof sheet.

Distance of drilling holes in vertical should be base on the actual distance between purlins.

1.2 Apply a layer of waterproof glue at the pre drilling position, install the Hanger Bolt, and finally apply a layer of waterproof glue again at the rubber ring of the Hanger Bolt.

2 Installation of L Feet

Install the L Feet on the Hanger Bolt, using the flange nut of Hanger Bolt to fix. Adjust the height of the L Feet to ensure the L Feet are in same level, then lock the flange nut tightly.

3 Installation of Rail、

3.1 Rail connection (when Rail length is not enough)

Insert the Rail Connector into two Rail, use M8*10 bolt to fix well

3.2 Install the Rail on the L feet with M8*25 Bolt set, fasten the bolt tightly.

4 Installation of Solar Panels

Install the Solar Panels on the Rail, use the End Clamp and Mid Clamp (with Earthing Plate) to fix and fasten the bolt tightly.

5 Installation of Grounding Lug

Install a Grounding Lug on the end of each Rail.
