RF04 Bulb-T Solar Seam Clamp for Architectural Metal Roofs

Architectural metal roofs, such as Bemo, Kalzip, and other bulb-seam profiles, present a unique challenge: standard flat-jaw clamps simply cannot grip the round 'bulb' securely. The RF04 Bulb & T-Seam Clamp is the specialized solution.

Designed with a Contoured Jaw Interface, the RF04 mirrors the round or T-shaped profile of the seam. Rather than relying solely on friction, the clamp mechanically locks under the widest part of the bulb or T-cap. This positive locking mechanism prevents the clamp from slipping off vertically, even under extreme uplift forces.

The two-piece aluminum body is tightened via a connecting bolt, drawing the jaws tight around the seam. This ensures the clamp maintains its grip during thermal cycling without deformation.
