Unlike inferior cast aluminum clamps, the extruded 6005-T5 body provides superior yield strength, ensuring the clamp maintains its grip during thermal cycling—expansion and contraction of the roof sheet—without loosening over time.

The core innovation of the RF01 lies in its Zero-Penetration Technology. It utilizes two stainless steel (SUS 304) setscrews with blunt, round-point tips. When tightened, these screws compress the seam material against the opposing wall of the clamp, creating a robust mechanical interlock.
